Horrible experience! Despite of proof by “paid invoices “ a representative of Fish’s Rock Emporium accused me of being a liar, a thief and that I am maybe too old to understand my purchases. I have NEVER had to video document opening my packages from any wholesalers proving what they shipped to me. My first and second orders took them more than 2 weeks to ship. Only when I inquired about my shipments did this person shipped them. I was accused of keeping $300 of shipment without paying for them. I NEVER had a merchant shipped me any merchandise before paying for them. I wanted to support American business, that’s why I ignored the red flags from the 1st order. Now I have to involve my attorney
