One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in years. The Mail Room improperly labeled a time-sensitive package and also failed to securely package the contents. To be clear: I did not pack the shipment and I did not address it — both were handled by their staff. When the mistake was discovered and I went in to address it, I was told it was somehow my fault anyway. No accountability, no attempt to fix the issue, just blame-shifting. What made the situation worse was the behavior of an older woman who works there, who was openly rude, dismissive, and made unnecessary comments instead of listening or helping. This wasn’t a one-off bad day — her attitude was condescending and hostile from the start, and she clearly has no interest in customer service. If you’re sending anything time-sensitive or valuable, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Mistakes happen, but refusing responsibility and treating customers with contempt is unacceptable.
