DO NOT RECOMMEND. Very unhappy with this company. We called them after getting extremely high electric bills so they could check out out our solar system. We were told there would be a very thorough 4 hour examination done for the $500 visit. The man (Nick) spent less than half an hour on our roof and told us all of our panels were bad and the entire sysytem would need to be replaced. He said he only checked the top row of panels, otherwise he would be forced to take some off the roof to continue checking. I spent the next 2 weeks researching new solar panels and checking companies for the install. On calling the power company they told us they could check and see how much power our solar panels and wind turbines were producing. They were still working fine and producing the normal amount accounting for yearly degradation. So all of that time was wasted researching new panels and new companies. We went back to Karen and told her that Nick was quite obviously wrong and clearly we did not get $500 worth of examination and the results were completely wrong. We basically got an "oh well" answer and not even a penny refunded. Would NEVER recommend. They only got one star because I'm not allowed to leave zero.
