I changed my mind!! In my previous review I stated that their service department was not good! The Service Manager Dwayne called me and we got everything straightened out and it was all a misunderstanding on my part! These guys stand behind their good reputation !!

Would not recommend this place for service!!. They charged me almost $600.00 labor to tell me I needed a new fuel pump which the technician told me when I was explaining the symptoms when dropping it off. The technician said he had the fuel pump out to analyze. If that were the case the top wouldn't be covered with sand and dirt! Don't trust this place for service!!!!

Girl from parts department doesn't know parts, Robin did, but the parts are gone. other than that, you guys have a great dealership and I'm waiting for my part. Everything was fine at Mother Road Harley - Davidson Route 66 Motorsports as far as I was concerned. Coop was more than helpful, and the only problem that I got now is I still don't have that title it was sent off to Phoenix. Anyway that was it and the rest of it was fine.

I have heard about Mother Road Harley - Davidson Route 66 Motorsports and you have the highest recommendations. I used to have a Gold Wing and I was recommended take it up there because you are the best in the area. So by all means keep going, do your best. Everything I've heard about Mother Road Harley - Davidson Route 66 Motorsports is absolutely awesome.

We had a good experience with Mother Road Harley - Davidson Route 66 Motorsports. They're very good, but we still have a problem with our brand new Honda. My husband says there's still a problem with the gearing mechanism in it and we've had it in 3 times and the problem hasn't been solved. To his satisfaction they say it's Ok, but I don't know... anyway, but otherwise they were very good.
