I called Danny at Superior doors after getting a bid from one of his competitors. Danny show how professional he was by coming out to my facility to give me a bid the very next day. Besides having a much better price, he gave me the friendly attitude which I liked. Never once did I feel he wanted to take advantage of me. Danny explained to me how he would do things and after getting a price on materials he got right back to me and told me what the total would be but when looked like a good time to do the job. He did call me back before he was to do the job and to let me know materials were going to be late due to the Covid virus problems with shipping. Keeping me in the loop is very important to me. I do have tenants that I have to keep happy. When his crew came to do the job, I couldn't be more please with their professionalism and politeness I told Danny that I would always use them for my needs along with recommending them to everyone else that are in the same business as I am. Donny was great at explaining the Garage Door options. I could tell he was quite comfortable with the product as he had all the answers to my questions, and he was not pushy. I was happy to see he had returned to the company by the time my garage doors were installed. Thanks! Angela
