Wade Blair's Affordable Appliance Repair has stolen $425.00 from my friends in Lake Havasu City. Here are the facts. On December 9th they called this company for help as their Whirlpool washing machine was acting up. On December 10th the owner, Wade, arrived and after looking at their Whirlpool said it needed a new water pump. Total cost would be $425 for repair, and about two weeks to get the parts and schedule the work. They should have been suspicious when he advised that his company, Blair's Affordable Appliance Repair, would not take a credit card. He was willing to take a check from them and it was quickly cashed by the company. After the holidays they called on January 8th and left a message. No response. On January 28th they called again, connected with the secretary, and was told two to three more weeks. Called back a number of times in February and early March as the delay extended, and the conversations became more acrimonious. Finally they were texted a message advising a repair appointment was scheduled for March 17th between 10a to 2p. No one from Blair's Affordable Appliance Repair showed up to do the repair work. Not even the courtesy of a call from the company. They called and complained about their missed appointment. The company now refuses to communicate about doing the repair work, and have stated firmly that the company is not going to give them a refund. Wade Blair's Affordable Appliance Repair company took a $425.00 payment from my friends and then provided no service in return. This is theft. Not so affordable are they!

Wade does not return calls, he doesn’t show up for the repair, he took our deposit of $200.00 Please don’t hire him to do your repair
