Cyndi's Floors did a terrible job on our lobby bathroom floor. They left it incomplete and it does not match. Very unprofessional and Cyndi never responds to any calls. Check the BBB rating.

Wish I would have picked anybody else. Paid this guy $2000 LABOR (I purchased the tile myself, and stripped old carpet myself) for two SMALL bedrooms. See the SHODDY craftsmanship in attached pics, if they let me attach. Then he suggests that I buy quarter round to cover his poor spacing mistakes. Eventually, he offers to pay for the quarter round himself. (But stupid-looking considering the rest of the tiled house has no quarter round). I think he's a MAJOR dud.

I had an outstanding experience with Fox's Carpet Connection. They cleaned a couple rugs for me in the house and did a great job, perfect job. And they were so easy to deal with. I really appreciated everything about my interaction with them. Thank you. They're doing great.
