I had purchased a lazyboy recliner 14 months ago, 1 month after the warranty expired I had a problem with the chair and called Max at the Kingman location. He had his repairman come out and inspect the chair and realized he needed to take the chair back to the shop so repairs could be done. The chair came back looking great and fully functional. Customer satisfaction is at the top of the list at Mattressland and I’m very happy with the service I received from Max and his team.
